Views stretch the entire horizon and are what makes this simple, sweet cottage a real find, it accommodates 7 guests comfortably and is airconditioned. There is an open living room with a couch and 4 comfortable chairs are on one side, and a couch and window bench and built in loveseat to enjoy views of the Elizabeth Island chain and Menemsha. Drive a few minutes to Philbin, Lobsterville beaches or Menemsha Pond. There are 2 large and two small bedrooms to accommodate 7 guests. The main bedroom has a King sized beds from which the views are simply amazing, the 2nd, and 3d bedrooms also have waterviews. The queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the kitchen is open to living and dining for great flow.
This is a treasure of a vacation home, rarely available in Aquinnah at this price point.
