Chilmark Pods Point
This beach cottage was designed to take in the exceptional views across Menemsha Pond all the way to Aquinnah, the channel and scenic coast guard station. It has cathedral ceilings and outstanding views through the complete glass front, a fireplace, built in window seats that double up as couches. The kitchen and dining room also have cathedral ceilings and a door to the deck. The master bedroom upstairs has an ensuite shower bathroom. The downstairs has brick floors and there is a den/library for you to enjoy the wonderful book collection. Also downstairs is the laundry room and a shower bath. Best of all, you can walk to a private little beach on the pond. |
