Edgartown South Beach 128 Martha's Vineyard bright, sparkling contemporary with a large yard in walking distance of South Beach. Wonderful views of the dunes, ocean, and fields at Katama Farm. Reversed floor plan optimizes the views from the living areas and decks. First floor has 2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, a full bath, and laundry. Please note that the bedrooms are connected, with access to bedroom #1 through bedroom #2; bath is also accessed through bedroom #2. Bedroom 1 has a door to the outside. Upstairs is the kitchen, an open dining-living space with lots of farm and ocean views, access to the deck, circular stairs to the loft and a shower bath. Loft has great views and 2 sky-lites. The house is sited on a large lot (1.6 acres) with a main house, which is rented separately or together with this guest house. This is a great vacation house in a fabulous location.
