Located just one mile from Philbin Beach, and 2 miles from Lobsterville beach you'll have easy access to all of the wonderful Aquinnah beaches. The newly renovated practical kitchen, dining and living are in an open floorplan facing the Atlantic Ocean.
On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms come with double beds. One has spectacular ocean views. There is a half bath off the hallway. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and full bath across the hallway.
Parking permits for resident parking provided. Philbin Permits are available from Aquinnah Town Hall.
Weekly rentals are subject to 11.7% MA short term rental tax
and clean fee.
