The spacious living/great room is open to an offset kitchen and offers plenty of seating to gather, share dinners, play games, or watch your favorite movie on the large screen smart TV. Access the deck from the living room. It covers front length of the house and comes with a large gas grill and outdoor furniture. Ocean breezes flow through the many windows that provide a beautiful light all day, sunrises and sunsets East to West of the house. 

The main bedroom is on the 1st floor and has an adjacent full bath with tub/shower.  Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one queen and two twin beds along with a den/bonus room. A Steinway baby grand piano is available to pianists. This cottage in the dunes is very well crafted and with it's post and beam design has a country living feel.  In the cooler months there is central radiant heating.  A short stroll from Lobsterville Beach (10 - 15 minutes), or an easy bike ride from the Lighthouse, and convenient to all the great Aquinnah beaches.
